Description: Deputy Baker was shot and killed following a high speed pursuit of four armed suspects. During the pursuit two of the suspects in the vehicle produced AK-47 assault rifles and opened fire, causing severe damage to Deputy Baker's cruiser. Deputy Baker was shot several times after his cruiser crashed and the suspects exchanged gunfire with him. The suspect was sentenced to life without parole, plus 100 years.
