Description: Auto accident (related to criminal enforcement activity).Officer Jeffery Bull was killed when he attempted to assist the responding agency setting up a rolling road block during a high speed pursuit. Officer Bull's vehicle was the lead car. Officer Bull's vehicle was struck by the van being pursued causing the van to flip over and land on Officer Bull's vehicle which killed him. The suspects were all found to be minors and were sent to a juvenile facility until their 21st birthdays. Officer Bull was a widower and is survived by his two daughters.
