Description: Police Officer Byko was killed in an automobile crash when his patrol car was struck head-on by another vehicle. Officer Byko died at the scene. Officer Harry Weitzman was also wounded but survived. The driver plead guilty to a charge of causing death by automobile, jailed for six months and deprived of the right to drive.
