Description: Constable Burke responded to a disturbance call at a local pool room. Constable Burke arrested a suspect for public intoxication and assault. As Constable Burke escorted the suspect to the local jail, he allowed the suspect to use the restroom. The suspect emerged with a handgun and fatally shot Constable Burke in the head.
