Description: Sheriff Bogard had been sleeping on the train, when he was alerted by a porter that a robbery was in progress. The Sheriff armed himself and responded to the robbery. Sheriff Bogard was able to shoot and kill one of the two armed suspects. The second suspect was behind the sheriff and shot Sheriff Bogard in the back. The Sheriff fell dead seconds later.
