Description: Constable Brown succumbed to a fatal heart attack just after he scuffled with a suspect while attempting to make an arrest. Constable Brown was providing security at an event when he spotted a man with open warrants. The suspect resisted arrest, but was eventually subdued and taken into custody. Constable Brown appeared to be winded after struggling with the suspect. Constable Brown collapsed and was transported to the hospital where he died.
