Description: Sergeant Bergeron was shot and killed while attempting to question two suspects about a car jacking incident. Sergeant Bergeron was in his squad car when the suspects approached and fatally shot him. A witness came to Sergeant Bergeron's aid and radioed for assistance. Sergeant Bergeron was transported to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
