Description: Deputy Sheriff Baca collapsed after responding to a domestic disturbance call between a husband and wife. As Deputy Baca attempted to subdue the mentally unstable man, he was pushed into a bees nest and stung several times. Deputy Baca placed the man under arrest and returned to his vehicle where he collapsed. Deputy Baca was transported to the hospital suffering from an allergic reaction due to the bee venom and died of a heart attack.
