Description: Agent Baray was killed in an aircraft accident at the Moriarty, New Mexico Airport. Agent Baray was training to become an Air Marine Pilot when the accident occurred. While practicing to take off and land, the Cessna 210 crashed, ran off the runway and caught fire. Agent Baray was killed instantly. His training instructor was transported to a hospital with minor burns and injuries.
