Description: Investigator Bullock was shot and killed during a drug raid on Pilot Street. The suspect was convicted of second-degree murder and sentenced to a maximum term of 60 years in prison. However, he was released on parole after only 16 years in prison. The suspect was subsequently imprisoned on a drug trafficking conviction.
