Description: Patrol Agent Bounds died in a single-vehicle accident in Hidalgo County, New Mexico, when his department truck overturned. Agent Bounds ran the jeep off the right shoulder of the road. He lost control when he attempted to steer the vehicle back onto the road. Agent Bounds died at the scene of extensive head injuries.
