Description: Officer Bedard was struck and critically injured while in foot pursuit of a suspect. Officer Bedard, along with Minneapolis Police Officers, were pursuing several suspects involved in a shooting when the accident occurred. Officer Bedard was struck by one of the pursuing police cruisers and was rushed to a hospital. Officer Bedard succumbed to his injuries one week later. Friendly Action.
