Description: Patrol Officer Barker was killed in a single-vehicle automobile crash while en route to the police academy. Officer Barker and Officer Lee were traveling to the academy in Albany where they were attending a two week training course. The patrol car failed to negotiate a curve and overturned. Officer Lee survived the incident.
