Description: Trooper Bond and Trooper Stuckey were assisting a disabled motorist in a snow storm, when his cruiser was struck from behind by a tractor trailer. He was transported to a local hospital where he died the next day. Trooper William Stuckey was the driver of the police unit, and he had minor injuries.
