Description: Deputy Brignac was killed in an automobile accident while responding to an emergency call. While traveling on U.S. Highway 104 with emergency equipment activated, Deputy Brignac attempted to pass another vehicle on the left and the two vehicles collided. Deputy Brignac suffered severe head injuries. Deputy Brignac was pronounced dead at the scene.
