Description: Constable Busby arrested a suspect for public intoxication and was escorting him to jail when the man attacked him with a knife. Constable Busby fought off his attacker but not before receiving severe cuts and stab wounds on his face, neck and torso. Constable Busby received medical care but died two days later. The suspect escaped but was later captured.
