Description: Constable Brooks was shot and killed by a suspect he stopped for driving while intoxicated. The driver drove to his home, ran inside the house and got a shotgun. Constable Brooks called for back-up and pursued the suspect. The suspect shot Constable Brooks in the chest from the second floor of his home. As Constable Brooks lay in the driveway, the suspect re-entered his vehicle and ran over Constable Brooks several times.
