Description: Senior Police Officer Bingaman was killed in a single-vehicle crash while attempting to pull over a traffic violator. Officer Bingaman was conducting speed enforcement when he attempted to stop a motorist and lost control of his patrol vehicle. Officer Bingaman’s vehicle crashed into a guard rail and then went over the side of a bridge. Officer Bingaman was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
