Description: Marshal Brunner had stopped a Midwest Transfer truck driven by Mitchell Turley for a minor traffic violation on US 24 near West Wolcott, Indiana. While processing the stop, Mashal Brunner was struck and killed by another on-coming vehicle. He was thrown more than 30 feet before landing under another semi-truck which struck him the second time.
