Description: Police Officer Blan was shot and killed with his own gun during a routine traffic stop. The suspect gained control of Officer Blan's service weapon during a struggle and shot the officer twice in the back. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to 10 years to life in prison but served only six.
