Description: Officer Burnsed was killed in an automobile accident when his patrol vehicle crashed head-on with Officer Charles Randall, another officer from his department. The accident happened on the L-5 levee near the Holey Land Wildlife Management Officer in Florida's Palm Beach County. Officer Charles T. Randall was critically injured and succumbed to his injuries two days later. Both officers were conducting inspections and patrols on the unpaved, poorly lit road when the accident occurred.
