Description: Night Warden Bujol was stabbed in the chest when three inmates attempted to escape from the parish jail. A deputy was also attacked but survived. The escape attempt was prevented by the jail trusties. Night Warden Bujol was transported to the hospital where he died. His assailant pled guilty to degree murder and was sentenced second to life in prison.
