Description: Chief Barrow responded to a disturbance call where a mentally ill patient refused to be transported back to the mental hospital. The suspect grabbed a knife and stabbed Chief Barrow in the chest. Chief Barrow struggled with the suspect who gained control of his service weapon. Chief Barrow was fatally shot with his own gun.
