Description: Deputy Sheriff Brownlee was shot and killed after a high speed chase with a suspect involved in a domestic violence case. The suspect refused to yield and spike sticks were deployed, disabling his vehicle. While attempting to arrest the suspect, Deputy Brownlee was shot and killed during a struggle with the suspect.
