Description: Officer Bell was killed in an automobile accident while on patrol in Jacksonville, Florida. An intoxicated driver struck Officer Bell's patrol vehicle causing it to spin around, hit a power pole and burst into flames. Officer Bell was pronounced dead at the scene.
