Description: Deputy Biggs and Sheriff William Biggs were attempting to arrest a man who was wielding a shotgun. While the lawmen attempted to arrest the suspect, he fired at Deputy Biggs, fatally striking him in the head. Deputy Biggs was pronounced dead at the scene.
