Description: Deputy Sheriff Boehm and a local firefighter were both struck and killed by a tractor trailer. Deputy Boehm was helping to direct traffic during a controlled burn which made visibility low. The driver of the truck was charged with two counts of misdemeanor death by vehicle and one count of exceeding the safe speed.
