Description: Investigator Barker carried a marine battery and its case from his patrol vehicle to a remote location through heavy, rocky terrain in the woods in order to connect it to a covert camera system. This surveillance system was being implemented to aid in identifying hunting violators. Investigator Barker returned to his vehicle and noticed that the camera was visible and went back to correct its position. As Investigator Barker got into his vehicle and left the scene, he suffered a heart attack. Two fellow agents administered CPR and rushed him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
