Description: Officer Burner and Chief Malone were returning home from a police teletype seminar when their patrol car blew a tire. Officer Burner was driving and he lost control of the car causing it to roll over several times. Officer Burner was killed instantly. Chief Malone was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
