Description: Ranger Brown died while participating in a National Park Service SCUBA training exercise. The rangers were practicing fast water current search patterns when they noticed Ranger Brown had become separated from them. When they reached him he was face down in the water. Officers started CPR on Ranger Brown until Park Service rescue units arrived. He was transferred to a local hospital where it was determined he had a heart attack.
