Description: Sergeant Busby and two officers responded to a drug overdose call. The Officers arrived to find a suicidal man who was intoxicated and drugged. The man threatened the Officers with a bottle and had to be physically restrained. The man continued to struggle as the handcuffs were applied and as he was carried down the stairs. Sergeant Busby suddenly collapsed and was rushed to the hospital where he was pronounced dead of a heart attack.
