Description: Deputy Brown and a posse of lawmen went to a residence of a mentally disturbed man accused of brandishing a shotgun at his wife and neighbors. As Deputy Brown approached the house, the suspect fatally shot him in the head. The standoff lasted for two days before the suspect was burned out of the house and shot to death.
