Description: Lieutenant Crook was killed in a vehicle crash while in pursuit of a suspected impaired driver. Lieutenant Crook suffered fatal injuries when his patrol car collided with another patrol vehicle. He was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries. The officers in the other patrol vehicle suffered non-life threatening injuries.
