Description: Captain Campagne was shot and killed after responding to a call of a suspicious person attempting to break into an automobile. The suspect was wanted for murder and attempted to flee. Captain Campagne was shot in the chest when he pursued the man on foot. The incident occurred at Fort Meade Army Base, Fort Meade, Maryland.
