Description: Police Officer Celestain and his partner were struck by a vehicle that ran a red light while they were responding to a call. Both officers were transported to a local hospital where Officer Celestain slipped into a coma and died two days later. The DWI driver was arrested and charged with vehicular manslaughter after Officer Celestain's death.
