Description: Officer Comer was dispatched to a club where one of the patrons was creating a disturbance. The man had allegedly said, "I'm going to shoot the first guy who bothers me." Officer Comer stopped the suspect and tried to search him for a weapon. The suspect produced a gun and shot Officer Comer twice. He then physically attacked Officer Comer and had to be restrained.
