Description: Officer Quinones was shot and killed while off-duty, dining at a local restaurant. An irate customer began to argue with the restaurant owner, Officer Quinones was asked for his assistance to remove the upset customer from the premises. Officer Quinones complied, identified himself as a police officer and instructed the suspect to leave. The suspect produced an automatic weapon and fatally shot Officer Quinones thirteen times.
