Description: City Marshal Cashat was shot as he approached a group of teenagers involved in a scuffle. Four teenaged suspects, ranging in age from 15 to 17, were arrested. They were also involved in the theft of an automobile and a stabbing earlier that evening. The suspect was convicted of murder and sentenced to 198 years in prison.
