Description: Investigator Carr was killed in an automobile accident with a tractor-trailer while en route to meet other narcotics officers to conduct an operation. Investigator Carr's unmarked patrol vehicle left the roadway and struck the tractor-trailer, causin both vehicles to catch fire. Investigator Carr died from injuries sustained in the accident.
