Description: Marshal Chapman was accidentally shot by a fellow officer who was preparing to clean his service weapon. The officer removed the .38 caliber revolver from its holster and the weapon accidentally discharged, striking Marshal Chapman in the chest. Marshal Chapman died en route to the hospital. The officer was cleared of any blame. (Friendly Fire)
