Description: Senior Officer Specialist Cooper suffered a heart attack and died while participating in a mandatory Special Operations Response Team training exercise at USP Leavenworth in Kansas. Officer Cooper was in the process of completing an obstacle course when he collapsed after ascending a rope climb obstacle. Team members immediately began CPR. Officer Cooper was transported to a nearby hospital where he died.
