Description: Lieutenant Crabb was killed in an automobile crash when his unmarked department vehicle hydroplaned during a period of heavy rain. Lieutenant Crabb was en route to assess flood damage in the area when he lost control of his vehicle and crashed into oncoming traffic. Lieutenant Crabb was pronounced dead at the scene.
