Description: Police Officer Cypher sustained multiple injuries in an automobile crash when his patrol motorcycle was struck by a vehicle. Officer Cypher was in pursuit of a speeding motorist when his motorcycle was struck by a vehicle travelling in the oncoming lane. Officer Cypher was transported to the hospital where he died of a fractured skull the next day. The vehicle was operated by a 17 year old juvenile who did not have a driver's license. The juvenile and the owner of the vehicle were arrested and charged with homicide
