Description: Dispensary Constable Cooler was ambushed and shot multiple times as walked down the road accompanied by his assistant. Constable Cooler had conducted raids on several blind tigers (illegal bars) a few days prior. Constable Cooler died of his injuries the next day. Two suspects were arrested.
