Description: Corporal Cooper was shot and killed after responding to a domestic violence call. Officers responded to an emergency call at a residence involving an armed individual. The suspect opened fire on officers from the front porch of the residence for approximately 30 minutes and shot Corporal Cooper in the neck. Corporal Cooper was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his wounds. The suspect was taken into custody.
