Description: Police Officer Copeland was killed in a head-on collision shortly after the start of his shift. Officer Copeland was en route to pick up his Canine Partner, Boris, when a Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources vehicle crossed the center line and struck Officer Copeland head-on. The other driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. Officer Copeland was declared dead at the scene.
