Description: Trooper Cullen was struck while investigating a vehicle fire. Trooper Cullen was outside of his patrol car investigating a vehicle fire when he was struck by a passing vehicle. Trooper Cullen was transported to the hospital where he succumbed to his injuries hours later. The driver was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
