Description: Patrolman Clark was killed in an automobile accident while responding to back up other officers in a vehicle pursuit. While responding to the call, Patrolman Clark lost control of his patrol vehicle when a SUV-type vehicle pulled into his lane. Patrolman Clark pulled into northbound traffic to avoid colliding with the SUV, and struck a utility pole. He was transported to the University of Alabama Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries.
