Description: Policeman Crandell was shot and killed as he came upon a burglary and progress. Policeman Crandell was walking his beat in Albia, NY when he saw a local business being burglarized. Policeman Crandell ran to summon back-up. The suspects heard Policeman Crandell, pursued him and fatally shot him several times.
