Description: Officer Casey was killed when the helicopter he was piloting crashed. Officer Casey and a mechanic had just picked up the helicopter, which had been in a repair shop that day. During the flight, the rear of the helicopter experienced mechanical failure, causing it to spin out of control. Officer Casey was able to crash land the helicopter away from public travel, avoiding thousands of local citizens. He and the mechanic were both killed as the helicopter fell to the ground.
